You have to admire the Mexican people as they are hard workers constantly looking for ways to make a living.  About the only industry here in this area are restaurants, construction workers, plumbers, hotel employees, gardeners, housekeepers, etc.  Many people just set up a card table with an umbrella (optional) and have a plastic chair to sit on and sell whatever they have.  The table may be set up on a main road, outside their home or sometimes in the perimeter of a restaurant or stores that Americans frequent. They may sell clothing, vegetables and fruit, food they have made in their homes, crafts they have made, flowers, just about anything you can think of.

These coconuts are for sale outside of someone's home.

This meat on the table is being sold outside someone's home near the Monday marketplace.  Personally, we don't buy meat from street vendors.

This woman has a stand on a corner of a main street selling from her cooler what she has made at home. Her stand always looks neat and clean.  She is always dressed very nice and probably has good food.

You will find men with rags in hand wanting to wash your car at every store, restaurant, park, etc.  They have a bucket of water and wash your car while you shop, eat, jog, etc.!

These men are always in the Walmart parking lot asking to wash your car while your shop.

This is a picture of a truck that parks on the main road and sells coffee by the kilo.  We have not purchased from him yet, but we hear his coffee is good.

We decided to have pizza out.  Pat and Ray took us to a pizza place here they like.  The pizza was good.  There is only one crust option..flat, but it tasted good to us.
