The carnival in the plaza is just about over.  We took a walk around the plaza to see what was happening.

While the above video was loading, I stepped outside on this dark and clear evening to gaze at the stars.  I often do this as there is not much light to obscure the view.  I often take my tablet outside and use the Google sky map app to see what stars are visible.  Frequently I see 2-4 shooting stars.  Tonight there was the most beautiful shooting star blazing across the sky.
