The weather here seems to stay the same, about 75 degrees during the day and the nights from 66-70.  We do, however have thunderstorms at night, usually between about 11 p.m. and 2 p.m.  The thunder can be pretty loud, upsetting the dogs.
Also, there is at least 1 dog barking somewhere in our vicinity during the night.  I wear earplugs!

A welcome addition to our balcony is a hummingbird feeder.  After putting it up, in about an hour we had visitors.  They seem to feed at all day.

The other side of the lake is very clear today.

Melanie, who lives across the street, has moved from an upstairs apartment to a downstairs one and while moving left her 2 dogs inside a fenced area at one of the 2 other houses on our property.  Izzy, her albino adopted stray, is too clever and climbed in the flower pot and over the fence to escape.  Bob picked her up and brought her in our house.

A couple of nights ago we enjoyed having Lois Arcia join us for dinner.  She lives in one of the houses on the property.  Pat fixed a delicious meal of marinated steak on the grill, mashed potatoes and salad.

Many of the houses here do not have much of a yard and some have no yard.  It is common to see people's dogs on their roof or balcony.

These children were so cute playing with a dog.

Today is Wednesday market in Ajijic.  We always go to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables. The market runs for about 1/2 mile and vendors are set up on tables on both sides of the street.

Lady painting plates.  They were really nice.

Selling hats.

Making pizzas.  They looked and smelled good.

All types of food is being made and sold.  Some vendors have tables and chairs so you can sit and eat.

Beautiful plants for sale.

I am checking out some fresh fruit and vegetables.

A new restaurant has opened up near the market. It is cute inside and the menu says "Pets Welcome." Dog food is 25 pesos and water and dog treats are free. Unless it is a really nice restaurant, most places allow your dogs to come in with you.

So far we have seen many license plates from the states ( Hawaii, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Florida) but we are the only one with a WEC sticker so far!

A wonderful addition to our balcony is this O gravity chair.  Tonight I placed it in the middle of the balcony about 10 pm and had a front row seat to the wonderful heavens our God has created.
